What W210 is
W210 is the price-conscious premium choice. The "210" means a count not exceeding 210 whole, white kernels per pound — typically 200–210, or about 440–463 per kilogram. The kernels are visibly larger than the standard W320 and only slightly smaller than W180, but priced midway between them. It's the workhorse grade for premium gift packs and festive retail.

W210 vs W180 vs W240
W180 commands a brand-flagship premium but is supply-constrained. W210 captures most of the visual impact at a roughly 20% lower price — for many premium gift-pack buyers, this is the sweet spot. W240 is one grade below and trades at roughly an 18% discount to W210 with kernels that look similar in a gift box. Many brands use a "W210 ladder" — W180 on the cover, W210 inside.
